Ingredients:
90 g of chocolate
75 g flour
1/4 tbsp cocoa
55 g butter
150g sugar
a pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tablespoons fat sour cream (cream replaced)
1. In a water bath drown chocolate. Give a little bit cool. Separately, sift flour and cocoa.
2. Beat the butter, add sugar, salt, sour cream. One by one, enter the eggs, beating well each time. Add the vanilla and chocolate. And then enter the flour and cocoa. Also, all carefully mix.
3. Pour the batter into the pan (20 cm) and bake for about 20 minutes at 175 degrees. Serve warm. You can with vanilla ice cream.
