Italian cookies "Bianco e Nero" with almonds and chocolate



















- Dark chocolate - 200gr
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons + for dusting
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Almonds - 120 g
- Flour - 4 tbsp
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Powdered sugar

Melt chocolate in a water bath with butter.

 Almond peel and roast in the oven until golden brown.

Beat eggs until white sugar added to them powdered almonds and slightly cooled chocolate.

All thoroughly mixed, add the flour and baking powder, knead the dough and put into the fridge for half an hour.

Dough roll small balls, roll in sugar, then - in powdered sugar and place on trays at a distance of 3-5 cm from each other.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for about 10-15 minutes.
