Ingredients:
125 g of dark chocolate pieces
3 tablespoons cold water
15g of gelatine
250g soft fat cheese
2 eggs
60 g of powdered sugar
150 ml cream
30g dark chocolate drops
For the base:
125 g muesli
90g butter, melted
30g demerara sugar
For decoration:
300ml whipping cream, whipped

Make base: Mix cereal, melted butter and sugar, put in a mold and press evenly on the bottom. Put the cold.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a steam bath, stirring occasionally. Leave to cool.
Put the gelatine in a bowl of water. Leave for 10 minutes, until the swells. Put a bowl of gelatin over a pan of hot water. And heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Beat the curd. Add the egg yolks and sugar and beat until smooth. Add sour cream, melted chocolate, chocolate drops and gelatin. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites. Gently put into the chocolate mixture and mix well. Pour on the basis of muesli and put in the cold until it hardens.
Remove the cheesecake from the mold.Beautify whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
