Quick chocolate cakes without eggs.

























These chocolate cupcakes - elementary simple recipe for baking without eggs, melt in your mouth and taste - a real rich and chocolate.

Preparation time: 40 min.
Servings: 12 pcs.

Ingredients:

● 375 g flour
● 400 g sugar
● 60g cocoa powder
● 14 g baking powder
● 6 g salt
● 10 ml apple cider vinegar
● 20 ml vanilla extract
● 240 ml of rapeseed oil (you can take any vegetable odorless)
● 475 ml of cold water or weak coffee

Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt) does in a mixture of three recesses, two small and one large.

2. In one small deepening pour vanilla extract. In another apple cider vinegar.

3. In a large deepening pour oil.

4. Fill all the top with cold water (or cold weak coffee). Vigorously stirred together.

5. The mold release oil. Fill the dough for about three-quarters.

6. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.

7. Finished cakes cooled, removed from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
