12 pcs of cherries
2 tablespoons rum or brandy
250g marzipan
30 grams of dark chocolate
white chocolate for decoration
Cut the cherries in half and put in a bowl. Add rum or brandy and mix. Leave cherries at least an hour, stirring occasionally
Divide the marzipan into 24 pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Push half a cherry on top of each marzipan ball.
Break the chocolate into pieces, put in a bowl and put on a steam bath. Stir to melt.
Dip each candy into melted chocolate, using a cocktail stick. Share on baking paper and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
Melt the white chocolate and decorate with candies top
