DESSERT mousse "Chocolate marquise"




















You will need:
 200g butter,
 150g grated chocolate,
 5 eggs.

How to cook a chocolate dessert Marquis:

 Put the chocolate in a bowl and put it in a water bath heated slowly - chocolate must be completely melted, add butter one cube, continuously whisking chocolate and butter, then one by one to drive the egg yolks and mix all until smooth.
