Ingredients:
- 2 cups of milk;
- 2 cups of flour;
- 1.5 cups sugar;
- 6 tablespoons. l. cocoa;
- 4 tsp.. disintegrant.
For the cream:
- 2 cups of milk;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 3 tbsp. l. flour;
- 1 egg
Preparation:
Mix all the dry ingredients included in the biscuit: flour, sugar, baking powder and cocoa.
The dry ingredients pour warm milk and gently stir, whisk long time is not necessary.
Pour the batter into the baking tin and bake 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
To prepare the cream in a separate saucepan boil the milk. In a bowl, whisk the egg with the sugar and flour, the resulting mass pour hot milk and send it to the fire. With constant stirring, bring the cream to a boil and the desired consistency.
