Chocolate pie

















Ingredients:

3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 h. L. baking powder
1/3 cup cocoa powder
50 g of melted margarine
1 egg
4 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Chocolate syrup:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
150 ml water

Preparation:

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cocoa. Add the melted margarine, egg, milk and vanilla. Mix well and place in a bowl suitable for the microwave. The edges of the bowl should be at least 5 cm in height.
Make chocolate sauce, mixing brown sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle this mixture on top of dough.
Heat the water for 30 seconds and carefully pour it into the dough. Whisk gently move the dough to give a portion of the water to drain to the bottom.
Prepare a high power for 5 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
