Ingredients:
1 tbsp. butter for the pan
1 can of condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
240 g chocolate chips
1 cup of "Nutella"
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Preparation:
Grease the bottom and sides of the pan 20 * 20 cm with butter. Shots baking sheet with parchment paper, leaving a 5-cm canopies on the sides.
In a medium glass bowl, mix the condensed milk, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, "Nutella" and cut into pieces of butter.
Set the bowl over a medium saucepan with a little boiling water. The water level must be sufficiently low, the bottom of the bowl should not touch the water. To stir until the chocolate is melted and a homogeneous mixture is from 5 to 7 minutes.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
Smooth the top with a spatula and sprinkle with sea salt. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
After the sweet cool down, hold the knife under hot water, dry it and skip along the edges of the pan to separate sweet. Using parchment paper sheds, remove the fudge from the pan. Remove the paper. Cut fudge into squares measuring 2 cm.
