Chocolate cake "Brownie"


















Ingredients:

butter 300g
sugar 400 g
vanilla sugar 1 piece
salt to taste
6 egg chicken pieces
dark chocolate 5 tablespoons
2.5 tablespoons cocoa
260 g wheat flour
baking powder 1 piece

Preparation:

1. softened butter (200 g) put in a bowl, add sugar (250 grams), vanilla sugar, salt and eggs (4 pieces). Thoroughly whisk. Gently stir in the cocoa and chocolate mass. Pour into a mass of sifted flour and baking powder, mix well.

2. Put the dough on a baking sheet 25x25 cm, pre-pave it with parchment. Align the surface of a wet spatula. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of about 180 degrees.
