Chocolate brownie



















Ingredients:

150 g butter
65 g of cocoa powder (sugar-free) (= 2/3 cup)
200 g of sugar (1 cup)
2 eggs
1 h. L. vanilla extract
100 g of flour (about 4/5 cup)

Preparation:

Melt the butter by heating in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Add sugar, cocoa and vanilla, mix well.
Add eggs one at a time, each time slightly whipping. Add the flour and stir.
Oil the form suitable for the microwave. Put the dough into the mold. Cooking in high power for 4-5 minutes.
