Dessert with white chocolate and blackberry:



























blackberries 150g
120 g white chocolate
1 egg
150 ml cream
milk 2 tbsp.

100 grams of chocolate with milk to melt in a water bath. Blackberry immersion blender to whip into a smoothie (4-6 berries leave for decoration). Blackberry puree through a sieve.

Melted chocolate is cool (you can send it in the freezer). Chilled protein beat with a mixer in a solid foam. Creme also beat with a mixer in a lush lather.

Mix the whipped cream and proteins, then, continuing to stir, thin stream pour the cooled chocolate mass.

The remaining chocolate grate. The transparent glass put creamy chocolate mass, then the blackberry puree and stir lightly to get a divorce. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and garnish with whole blackberries.
