Chocolate muffin with curd

















175 g butter
250g of chocolate broken into pieces
400g granulated sugar
6 eggs
2.5 tsp vanilla essence
225 g flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
350g cottage cheese

Preparation:

Oven 180C.

Melt in a water bath or in the microwave the chocolate and butter. Add 300g sugar, 2 tsp vanilla essence and beat 4 eggs. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Mixer on medium speed to bring down the cheese, 100g sugar, 2 eggs, 0.5 tsp vanilla essence.

Form for baking 33 to 20 cm to lay the foil and brush with oil.
Pour into a mold about 350g chocolate mixture and smooth.

Pour 6 tablespoons of cottage cheese weight, followed by 6 spoonfuls of chocolate on top of the cheese. Knife hold over the mixture, to get the marble pattern.

The oven 40-45 minutes, until a wooden toothpick inserted in the 5 cm from the center, is out of the dough is almost dry.

Cakes cool on a wire rack. Then cut into squares.
