Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp soda, slaked with vinegar
3 tbsp cocoa
For the cream:
2 cups milk
1 egg
4 tbsp flour
1.5 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
250g butter
Cooking method:
In a bowl, stir well condensed milk and eggs, add hydrated soda and flour and cocoa. Knead the dough. The dough is divided into two parts. In form, greased with butter 2 baking cake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes (the color of cocoa gives Korzh dark color, so care must be taken to not burnt). When the cakes have cooled, each cut in half lengthwise.
Prepare the cream:
4 tbsp. tablespoons flour mixed with sugar, 1 tbsp. milk and egg. All carefully grind, and then gently pour the rest of the milk and put on fire. Cook over low heat until boiling. Remove from heat, cool. Then add the cocoa butter and beat well.
Spread the cream cakes.
