1.25 cups flour
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1.25 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/3 cup of the chocolate paste (Nutella - original)
3 tablespoons softened butter
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2.5 tablespoons of chocolate spread (Nutella - in the original)
4-6 teaspoons of milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chopped nuts and pastry topping
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, combine both types of sugar, Nutella and butter.
Beat the egg and add vanilla. Slowly combine the two mixtures. Divide the batter between the molds for donuts, filling 3/4 full. Pre-grease of oil. Bake for 7-9 minutes. Remove from the oven, let it cool for about 5 minutes in the form, and then walk around with a knife in shape and get donuts. Cool completely.
In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar, 2.5 tablespoons of Nutella, milk and vanilla. Spread the cream donuts. Sprinkle with nuts or confectionery Topping.
