walnuts - 360 g
Cocoa - 100 g
salt - 1/4 tsp
figs - 230 g
chocolate syrup - 60 ml
avocado - 120 g
any berries - 150 g
sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Chop the nuts. Mix them with salt and half cocoa. Then take 170 grams of dates (better to choose Winick seedless) and grind them in a blender.
Combine the figs with the previous mass and knead. Add some chocolate syrup. Knead until until the mixture becomes uniform and dough-like. Then divide the dough in half. Wrap in foil and store in the fridge for half an hour.
While the dough in the fridge mix the remains of figs and cocoa. Thoroughly grind better in a blender. Add chopped avocado and 120g of berries. Add the sugar and chop again.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Take a round baking pan and spread one half of the dough on the bottom, thereby forming a cake. Top the cake grease with chocolate syrup and place the mixture of figs and berries. Once again lubricate chocolate syrup and spread the remaining batter on top.
Ready cake garnish with berries and store in the fridge for another half an hour. When the cake hardens it can bring to the table.
